Overview

As per All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 vide F.No.1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been framed for "The Kavery Polytechnic College" with effect from 12th August, 2025.

The Grievance Redressal Committee is established to address and resolve student grievances effectively, ensuring a harmonious and supportive campus environment. The committee works towards maintaining transparency, fairness, and justice in all matters concerning student welfare.

Objectives
  • Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.
  • Encouraging the Students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
  • Advising Students of the College to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
  • Advising all the Students to refrain from inciting students against other Students, teachers and College administration.
  • Advising all staffs to be affectionate to the Students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
