Category Eligibility Criteria
First Year
  • Passed X Standard or equivalent examinations with English, Mathematics and Science subjects
  • No age restriction to join the Diploma Courses
  • Students from other states may be considered as per DOTE, Tamil Nadu regulations
  • Required to have passed 10th S.S.L.C Examination (Samachir Kalvi, CBSE, International Board or any State Government recognized)
  • Private study candidates: Must submit previous standard Transfer Certificate (IX std T.C if X std appeared in private stream)
Lateral Entry

Passed 10+2 examination with any three of the following subjects:

Physics Mathematics Chemistry Computer Science Electronics Information Technology Biology Informatics Practices Biotechnology Technical Vocational Subject Agriculture Engineering Graphics Business Studies Entrepreneurship
OR

10th + 2 years ITI shall be eligible for admission to second year Diploma Courses in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
